Mr. Chehab has extensive, industry-specific experience relevant to ECU Silver Mining in its effort to properly develop its properties. In addition to his work with our Company, Mr. Chehab is a Director of Golden Tag Resources Ltd., a public company operating in the mining sector which is a joint venture partner with ECU on the San Diego Property.

Mr. Mason has more than 35 years experience in the minerals industry. Over the course of his career he has held several senior positions, and has been engaged in providing evaluation, marketing, development and/or financing strategies for various projects. Currently he is both a director and President of MBMI Resources Inc., a nickel development company. He is also a Managing Partner of Mineral Services, LLC; COO of Global Gold Corporation and a director of Euromax Resources Ltd and Geovic Ltd.

Michel Roy, BSc, Geology; MA, Project Management
Chairman and CEO of ECU Silver Mining Inc., Torreõn, Coahuila, Mexico
Mr. Roy joined ECU as President and CEO in 1999 and became Chairman and CEO in 2007. He came to the Company with 25 years experience in international mining, in Mexico, Brazil and Canada. In 1977 he worked for Patiño Mines before moving to Camchib Resources where he worked from 1981 to 1986, supervising large exploration teams with multimillion dollar budgets. From 1986 to 1995, he worked as vice-president or President of various junior companies doing exploration work in Eastern Canada. During that time he started a small gold mining operation in the Rouyn-Noranda area. From 1995 to 1999, he was a consultant for several junior mining companies with properties in Canada, the USA, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico.

Stephen Altmann
Director and President
Mr. Altmann joined ECU in January 2007 and is a former Investment Banker where he provided financial and strategic advice to a large selection of domestic and international public companies. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Altmann worked in the corporate finance department of RBC Dominion Securities and later, Credit Suisse First Boston as Vice President, where he was primarily responsible for coverage of companies in the mining sector. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Altmann was a Director in the mergers & acquisitions group at Scotia Capital, providing strategic advice to mining and industrial product clients and later became a Managing Director for the mining group at Desjardins Securities. Mr. Altmann also worked as a geophysicist prior to his investment banking career.
